These prices include
water, electricity, gas, towels and bed linens, all taxes, commissions or surcharges
payable to 'InTuscany'.
Prices exclude:
- final cleaning: Euro 15 per person;
- central heating: : which will be charged on consumption;

firewood: which will be charged on consumption.
Extra service:
- Pets: Euro 30 per week;
- Baby cot + High chair: Euro 30 per week;
- Extra bed for children: Euro 30 per week;
- Extra bed: Euro 50 per week;
- Extra linen change: Euro 8 per person;
- Use of the coin washing machine plus soap: Euro 5;
- Mountain Bike for adults: free of charge.
The restaurant Osteria del Borgo offers our quests the possibility to take advantage of the half board or Bed & Breakfast.
All bookings are Saturday to Saturday.

DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 37% of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire
transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you
will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact
and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance
is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATION: In
the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or
part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit only - if cancellation
is received more than 8 weeks before letting, or
b) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than
8 weeks before letting.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 150 is to be left with the owners
upon arrival. This money can be credit card or cash
and will be refunded upon your departure less a deduction
for the cost of telephone calls and making good any
loss or damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless other wise arranged guests must arrive between 4.00 and 8.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
