These prices include
electricity, water, heating, towels and bed linens with extra change of linen during the week, all taxes, commissions
or surcharges payable to 'InTuscany' for both hotel
rooms and apartments.
Prices exclude:
- final cleaning: Euro 80 per week;

buffet breakfast (upon reservation): Euro 7.00 per person per day.
Extra service (upon request):
- Indoor garage: Euro 10 per day;

Half-board supplement: Euro 25 per person, drinks not included.
Dinners à la carte are also available at the property restaurant
(closed on Tuesday from October to April).
All arrivals are strictly Saturday to Saturday in high season. Other arrival days considered upon request in mid and low season.
Pets not allowed.

DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire
transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you
will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact
and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance
is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit + a further 30% of the balance – if the cancellation is received between point of booking and 31 days prior to arrival, or
b) deposit + a further 50% of the balance – if the cancellation is received from 30 days to 15 days before arrival, or
c) total rent – if the cancellation is received from 14 days to the arrival day, or in case of No Show.
SECURITY
DEPOSIT: For guests in apartments, a deposit
of Euro 260 is to be left with the caretaker or manager
upon arrival. This money is refundable less a deduction
for the cost of making good any loss or damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless
other wise arranged guests must arrive between 5.00
and 7.00 p.m. and check out between 8.00 and 10.00 a.m.
IN
THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be
heard in the court of Montepulciano.
