La Chiocciola sleeps 4 people in 2
bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The apartment is 80 sq meters
or about 861 sq.ft. spread over the ground and first
floor. In the heart of the old hamlet La Chiocciola
is comfortable and elegant. It has a small terrace to
the front and balcony to the rear.
The entrance to La Chiocciola is
up three stone steps to a small terracotta tiled terrace.
Through a modern clear glass door and then a period
dark-oak double front doors is the living area which
has Satellite Television, CD player and a comfortable
sofa.
The large windows and glass door
that lead to the balcony at the rear give a bright and
open aspect and a beautiful back drop to the house.
By the windows is the dining area furnished in Tuscan
country style for eating inside and the terrace is furnished
for dining al fresco.
To the right is the fully fitted
kitchen which includes 4 gas hobs, a fridge/freezer,
a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster and coffee maker.
Upstairs via a carpeted iron spiral stairway. Ahead
is an elegantly furnished double bed room (the beds
can be made as twin or double on request) with en suite
bathroom with shower, a large wardrobe and safe.
To the right is another bedroom with
a double bed, this cosy bedroom has a double bed with
bedside tables and reading lamps and a large wardrobe.
There is another bathroom with shower. La Chiocciola
also has a private washing machine and an iron. The
apartment is 60 meters or yards from the swimming pool
area.
