These prices include
water, gas, electricity, heating, final cleaning, towels and bed linens, all taxes, commissions or surcharges payable to 'InTuscany'.
Prices exclude:
- firewood: will be charged on consumption;

extra cleaning available: Euro 15 per hour;

extra bed: Euro 55 per week;

baby cot: Euro 26 per week.
High season bookings strictly Saturday to Saturday. Other arrival days considered on request in medium and low season.

DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire
transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you
will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact
and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance is due no later than 28 days (4 weeks) prior to the beginning of the letting period and must be sent to the property via wire transfer. If the balance is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting agreement will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited.
`InTuscany' will send you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you how to send the money.
CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday the management of Borgo San Pietro will have to charge either:
a) deposit + 50% of the balance - if cancellation is received from the point of booking to 60 days before arrival, or
b) deposit + 75% of the balance - if cancellation is received 59 to 40 days before arrival, or
c) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 39 days before arrival and in case of no-show.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 200 is to be left with the caretaker
upon arrival. This money is refundable less a deduction
for the cost of making good any loss or damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless
other wise arranged guests must arrive between 4.00
and 8.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
