 Located in a modern style building, this lovely apartment is located juts outside the hitsorical center of the characteristic fisherman''s village of Portovenere.
ACCOMMODATION: Casa del mare is a fourth floor accomodation with no elevator. Upon entering is the living room with the dining table and two comfortable couches. The living room also leads out to the very panoramic terrace where it is also possible to dine outside while enjoying the view.
The kitchen is was remodelled in 2004 and is fully equippped with a dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. There is also a breakfast table in the kitchen.
There are two bedrooms.  One has a queen size bed and the other has two singles that can be put together upon request. The master bedroom leads out onto to the terrace as well. The bathroom has a small bathtub and a hand held shower.
The entire apartment has recently been redecorated and is very tastefully furnished mixing antique pieces with modern facilities.
Just at the end of the road (200 mts) is the main grocery store, newstand, farmacy, and the sea front where there is a wide variety of shops and restaurants.
Paid parking is avaialble in a nearby lot.
The owners will pick guests up at the trian station in La Spezia upon request.
 LOCATION: From Casa Azzurra you can easily reach not only the famous Cinque Terre and Portofino but also cities of art like Pisa (1 hour by car), Lucca (a bit more than 1 hour ) and Florence (2 hours). The Apuane Alps with their famous marble quarries are less than 50 minutes as well as the medieval castles of Lunigiana.
