These prices include
water, gas, electricity, towels and bed linens, heating, use of the pool, tennis court, steam bath and sauna, mountain bikes, all taxes, commissions
or surcharges payable to 'InTuscany'.
Price exclude:
- Bed and bath linen are changed every 3 days, for each extra change: Euro 10
Extra service (upon request):
- Children: under 3 years old free. Crib: free;

Small pets are permitted for a supplemental fee: Euro 52 per week;
- Extra bed: Euro 25 per night.
High season bookings strictly Saturday to Saturday. Other arrival days considered on request in medium and low season.

DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire
transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you
will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact
and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance
is payable on arrival.
CANCELLATION: In
the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or
part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) 30% of the balance - if cancellation is received from 70 to 30 days before arrival;
b) 50% of the balance - if cancellation is received from 29 to 10 days before arrival;
c) 75% of the balance - if cancellation is received from 9 days before arrival or in case of no show.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 200 is to be left with the caretaker
upon arrival. This money is refundable less a deduction
for the cost of making good any loss or damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless
other wise arranged guests must arrive between 4.00
and 8.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
