These prices include electricity, gas for the kitchen, hot water production, weekly change of linen, towels and kitchen clothes, final cleaning, air conditioning (available from June 7 to September 6), heating (available from Apr 05 to Apr 19), use of swimming pool (open from Apr 26 to Oct 31), large parking, all taxes, commissions or surcharges payable to 'InTuscany'.
Price exclude:
- Laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) are available in a common room; the cost is Euro 5 per cycle of washing or drying.
All arrivals are strictly Saturday to Saturday in high season. Other arrival days considered upon request in mid and low season.
Pets not allowed.

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 37% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance is due no later than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to the beginning of the letting period and must be sent to InTuscany via credit card or wire transfer. If the balance is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting agreement will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited.
‘InTuscany’ will send you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you how to send the money.
CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit only - if cancellation is received more than 8 weeks before letting, or
b) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 8 weeks before letting.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 260 in cash (no traveller's cheque, no credit card, no foreign money) is to be left with the caretaker upon arrival. This money is refundable less a deduction for the cost of making good any loss or damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants. ARRIVAL: Unless other wise arranged guests must arrive between 4.30 and 7.30 p.m. and leave between 8.00 and 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
