These prices include water, gas, all taxes, commissions
or surcharges payable to 'InTuscany'.
Prices exclude:
- Final cleaning: Euro 50 per apartment;
- Electricity: on consumption;
- Heating and firewood: on consumption;
- Bed linen: Euro 10 per person;
- Towels: Euro 6 per person;

Pets are permitted (on request): Euro
50 per week.
Extra service (upor request):
- air conditioning: extra charge on consumption;
Please note that electricity is not
included in the price because of the air conditioning
units that are in some apartments and not in others
and the fact that their use is rarely needed.
All bookings are from Saturday to
Saturday except during low season when other arrival
and departure days may be requested.
Pets are permitted (on request).

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 20% of the total letting price is payable
at the time of booking.
Upon receipt of your
deposit you will be sent via e-mail a voucher confirming
your payment with contact and arrival details.
BALANCE: The balance
is due no later than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to the
beginning of the letting period and must be sent to
the owner via wire transfer or Euro check. If the balance
is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting agreement
will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited.
‘InTuscany’ will send
you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you
how to send the money.
CANCELLATION: In
the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or
part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit only - if cancellation
is received more than 8 weeks before letting, or
b) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than
8 weeks before letting.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 180 is to be left with the caretaker
upon arrival. This money is refundable less a deduction
for the cost of making good any loss or damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless
other wise arranged guests must arrive between 4.00
and 8.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
