These prices
include (weekly stay) water, gas, electricity, towels, bed linens,
taxes and commissions or sur charges payable to Intuscany.
Prices exclude:
- final cleaning & mid-week towels change: Euro 50 per apartment.
Extra service (upon request):
- breakfast: Euro 6 per person per day;

dog: Euro 26 per week;

laundry room (washing machine, iron and clothes-dryer): Euro 8;

tennis court: Euro 10 during the day and Euro 13 at night with light;

extra cleaning: Euro 50 per apartment;

daily towels change and daily cleaning: Euro 10 per person per day;

daily towels change: Euro 5 per person per day.
High season bookings strictly Saturday to Saturday. Other arrival days considered on request in medium and low season.
Pets not allowed.

DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire
transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you
will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact
and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance is payable directly to La Ferriera 6 weeks
before arrival, via credit card at that time unless
you let us know otherwise.
CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all
or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a)
deposit plus 20% of the total if cancellation is received
more than 50 days before letting, or
b)
Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 50
days before arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: The eventual cost of damages will be deducted from your credit card.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants. ARRIVAL: Unless
other wise arranged guests must arrive between 3.30
and 7.00 p.m. and leave by 09.30 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
