Scuola is a freestanding apartment with 60 square meters of comfortable living
space on 2 floors: on the ground floor there is a living/ dining room with a
kitchen corner and a full bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and sink. On the
first floor there are two bedrooms, one is a double and the other one is a
twin bedroom. There is a second full bathroom composed of shower, WC, bidet
and sink on the first floor.
The Scuola is equipped with SAT TV, safe and fireplace. The outdoor
private area is equipped with table and chairs, private garden and barbecue.
The kitchen is furnished with 4-burner stove, electric oven, refrigerator
with freezer, dishwasher, American coffee maker and toaster.
