These prices include electricity, water, gas, bed and bath linen (for weekly stays a change of bath linen), use of the pool, barbecue and mountain-bikes, free parking, safe, internet free access, wine glasses (upon request), all taxes, commissions or surcharges
payable to 'InTuscany'.
Prices exclude:
- final cleaning: Euro 15 per person;
- heating: which will be charged on consumption;
- for weddings: from Euro 800 to Euro 1,000 for external spaces.
Extra service (upon request):
- extra cleaning: Euro 18 per hour;
- extra bed (where possible): Euro 186 per week;
- baby cot: Euro 60 per week;
- little pets allowed: Euro 35 per week;
- buffet breakfast: Euro 10 per person (per day only in July and August, before check-in);
- pool towels: Euro 8 each.
All arrivals are strictly Saturday to Saturday in high season. Other arrival days considered upon request in mid and low season.

DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire
transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you
will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact
and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance is due upon arrival via credit card or in cash.
CANCELLATION: In
the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or
part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit + a further 30% of the balance – if the cancellation is received from the point of booking to 41 days prior arrival, or
b) deposit + a further 50% of the balance – if the cancellation is received from 40 days to 31 days prior arrival, or
c) deposit + a further 70% of the balance – if the cancellation is received from 30 days to 11 days prior arrival, or
d) total rent – if the cancellation is received from 10 days prior arrival and the arrival day or in case of No Show.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 200 for the apartments in the main
building and Euro 300 for the separate apartments Casa
Pietra and Casa Pozzo is to be left with the caretaker
upon arrival. This money is refundable less a deduction
for the cost of making good any loss or damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless
other wise arranged guests must arrive between 4.00
and 7.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
