These prices include
electricity, gas, water, bed and bath linen, final cleaning, baby cot and highchair (upon request),
all taxes, commissions and/or sur charges payable to
'InTuscany'.
Prices exclude:
- Heating: Euro 40 per day for Oriolo & Leccino / Euro 20 per day for Moraiolo;

Firewood: Euro 10 per basket;

Pool towels: Euro 3 per week each towel;

Extra bed: Euro 150 per week;

Extra cleaning: Euro 15 per hour.
Extra service (upon request):
A 1st grocery shopping can be arranged upon request (at least 1 week prior to arrival). It includes: bread, butter, jam, eggs, milk, tea, coffee, yogurt, orange juice, fruit, 1 kg of pasta, tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese, salad and tomatoes, extra-virgin olive oil, natural water 2 lt., 2 beer bottles, 1 red wine bottle; for the price of:
- for the apartment Moraiolo: Euro 60;

for the apartments Leccino and Oriolo: Euro 100.
High season bookings strictly Saturday to Saturday. Other arrival days considered on request in medium and low season.

DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire
transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent via e-mail
a voucher confirming your payment with contact and arrival
information.
BALANCE: The balance is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to
cancel all or part of your holiday you will be charged:
a) Deposit + an additional 50% of the balance – if the cancellation is received up to 30 days before arrival, or;
b) Total rent – if the cancellation is received less than 30 days before arrival or in the case of NO SHOW.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 250 is to be left with the caretaker
upon arrival. This money is refundable less a deduction
for the cost of making good any loss or damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless other wise arranged guests must arrive between 4.00 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
