These prices include
water, electricity, gas, final cleaning, bed and bath linens, all taxes, commissions or surcharges payable to 'InTuscany'.
Prices exclude:
- heating: Euro 2.30 per hour;
- telephone and wireless Internet connection: which will be charged on consumption.
Extra service (on request):
- extra bed: Euro 22 per night;
- baby cot (0-2 years old): Euro 6 per night;
- washing machine: Euro 10 per load;
- additional maid service: Euro 11 per hour;
- change of bed line: Euro 7 per person;
- change of towels: Euro 7 per person;
- 1 cooking lesson for 1 week stay (on request for an extra price);
- visit to the local winery/cellar (on request for an extra price).
High and mid season bookings strictly Saturday to Saturday. Other arrival days considered on request in medium and low season.

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 37% of the total letting price is payable
at the time of booking.
Upon receipt of your
deposit you will be sent via e-mail a voucher confirming
your payment with contact and arrival details.
BALANCE: The balance is payable upon arrival.
CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all
or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit only - if the cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to arrival, or
b) deposit + an additional 50% of the balance - if the cancellation is received between 29 days and 14 days prior to arrival, or
c) total rent - if the cancellation is received less than 13 days prior to arrival or in case of NO SHOW.
DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 155 in cash is to be left with the owners
upon arrival. This money will be refunded upon your
departure less a deduction for the cost of telephone
calls and making good any loss or damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are
advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel,
accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can
not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss

ARRIVAL: Unless other
wise arranged guests must arrive between 4.00 and
7.00 p.m. and leave by 09.30 a.m.
IN
THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes
will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
