These prices include water, electricity, gas, towels and bed
linens, all taxes, commissions or surcharges payable
to 'InTuscany'.
Prices exclude:
- telephone charges;

final cleaning;

central heating and firewood;
- baby cot or high chair: Euro 52 per week.
Extra service:
- tennis court hire and mountain bike hire: which will be charged on consumption.
High season bookings strictly Saturday to Saturday. Other arrival days considered on request in medium and low season.
Pets are not permitted.

DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire
transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you
will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact
and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance
is due no later than 45 days prior to the
beginning of the letting period and can be paid directly
to the property via wire transfer, credit card payment
or Euro check. If the balance is not paid by the appropriate
date, the letting agreement will be deemed to be invalid
and the deposit forfeited.
‘InTuscany’ will send
you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you
how to send the money or transmit your credit card details
if you authorize this.
CANCELLATION: In
the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or
part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit + a further 10% of the total for cancellation is received between point of booking and 46 days prior to arrival, or
b) a further 30% of the total for cancellations received from 45 days to 29 day before arrival, or
c) A further 45% of the total for cancellations received from 28 days to 15 days before arrival, or
d) A further 60% of the total for cancellations received from 14 days to 8 days before arrival, or
e) A further 90% of the total for cancellations received from 7 days to the day before arrival.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless
other wise arranged guests must arrive between 5.00
and 8.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
