If you would like to put your property
on our site but feel unsure, we would gladly provide
you with a reference so that you can hear from other
people what it is like to work with us.
We turn away clients looking for villas
with a pool and five bedrooms or less, every day.
We are always ready to accept small to medium independent
villas with a pool.
For all other types of accommodation
we accept applications between October 15th and December
15th.
Any descriptive information, prices
and photographs that you can provide at that time will
substantially increase your chances of acceptance.
At 'InTuscany' we work entirely on
commission and there is no charge to be inserted onto
the site.
We do not demand exclusivity although
do insist your property is not advertised on another
site for a lower price than on the site of 'InTuscany'.
