These prices include water, electricity, bed linens & towels (weekly change), final cleaning, mountain bikes, laundry facility (1 wash per week free), all taxes, commissions or surcharges
payable to 'InTuscany'.
Prices exclude:
- baby bed: Euro 40 per week (on request);
- extra bed: Euro 50 per week (only in apartment Sacrestia and Bifora);

Euro 50 per week for the apartment Scuola;
Euro 70 per week for the apartment Romito;
Charged on consumption for the apartment: Maestra, Foresteria, Bifora, Guardia.
- air conditioning:
Euro 50 per week for the apartment Maestra;
Euro 70 per week for the apartment Bifora.
Extra service (on request):
- extra daily cleaning: upon request for an extra price;

High season bookings strictly Saturday to Saturday. Other arrival days considered on request in medium and low season.

DEPOSIT: A non refundable deposit of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer.
A further amount of 30% is payable to the owner at the time of booking via credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD).
Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance is due no later than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to the beginning of the letting period and is non refundable. It must be sent to the owner via credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD). If the balance is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting agreement will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited.
‘InTuscany’ will send you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you how to send the money.
CANCELLATION: In
the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or
part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit + 30% of the balance – if the cancellation is received from the booking date till 46 days before arrival; or
b) deposit + 90% of the balance - if the cancellation is received from 45 day before arrival till 30 days before arrival, or
c) total rent - if the cancellation is received from 29 day before arrival till the day of arrival or in case of no show.
d) In case of earlier departure no refund can be requested.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 150 is to be left with the caretaker
or manager upon arrival. This money is refundable less
a deduction for the cost of making good any loss or
damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless
other wise arranged guests must arrive from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm
(You can arrive earlier than that with a minimum of days notice. Late arrivals are accepted only exceptionally and you will need to communicate this to the owner not later than 3 p.m. of the arrival day) and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
