These prices include
electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, towels and bed linen, weekly change of linen and towels, weekly change of linen and towels, weekly cleaning, bottle of wine (on request), all taxes, commissions
or surcharges payable to 'InTuscany'.
Price exclude:
- heating: Euro 2,60
for metric cubic.
High season bookings strictly Saturday to Saturday. Other arrival days considered on request in medium and low season.
Pets are permitted (upon request).

DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire
transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you
will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact
and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance
is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATION: In
the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or
part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit + 30% of the remaining balance - if the cancellation is received from the point of reservation to 51 days before arrival; or
b) deposit + 50% of the remaining balance - if cancellation is received 50 to 31 days before arrival, or
c) deposit + 70% of the balance - if cancellation is received 30 to 11 days before arrival, or
d) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 10 days before arrival and in case of no show.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 200 is to be left with the owners
upon arrival. This money can be credit card or cash
and will be refunded upon your departure less a deduction
for the cost of telephone calls and making good any
loss or damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless
other wise arranged guests must arrive between 3.00
and 7.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m. Guests
must telephone Roberto (the manager) to arrange their
arrival time. He speaks fluent English.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
