These prices include
water, gas, electricity, towels and bed linens, heating, final cleaning, use of the pool, all taxes, commissions or surcharges payable to 'InTuscany'.
Prices exclude:
- air conditioning: which will be charged on consumption.
Pets allowed (upon request).

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 15% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance
is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit + 50% of the balance - if cancellation is received 30 to 20 days before arrival, or
b) deposit + 70% of the balance - if cancellation is received 20 to 7 days before arrival, or
c) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 7 days before arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 150 is to be left with the caretaker upon arrival. This money is refundable less a deduction for the cost of making good any loss or damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants. ARRIVAL: Unless other wise arranged guests must arrive between 4.00 and 8.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
