These prices include water, gas, electricity, weekly cleaning, towels and bed linens, baby cot and high chair (on request), iron and ironing board (on request), hairdryer (on request), mountain bikes (on request), all taxes, commissions or surcharges payable to 'InTuscany'.
Extra service (upon request):
- additional cleaning: Euro 30 for 2 bedrooms apt., Euro 35 for 3 bedrooms apt., Euro 40 for 4 bedrooms apt.;
- bed and bath linens change: Euro 12 per person;
- towels change only: Euro 8 per person;
- pool towels hire: Euro 6 per week;
- laptop Computer hire: Euro 1/hour of rent (with a minimum of Euro 1) + internet connection Euro 0.25 per unit (1 unit = every 3-4 minutes);
- laundry service: (return after about 36 hours) just washing, (return after about 48 hours) washing and pressing.
All bookings are Saturday to Saturday in high and mid season with other arrival days possible on request during low season.

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance is due upon arrival. Credit cards are acepted: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Eurocard and Jcb.
CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your booking you will be charged accordingly:
a) deposit + a further 15% of the balance – if cancellation is received between point of booking and 30 days prior to arrival, or
b) deposit + a further 50% of the balance – if cancellation is received between 29 days and 10 days prior to arrival, or
c) total rent – if cancellation is received between 9 days and the day of arrival or in case of no show.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 150 is to be left with the caretaker upon arrival. This money is refundable less a deduction for the cost of making good any loss or damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants. ARRIVAL: Unless other wise arranged guests must arrive between 6.00 and 8.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
