LOCATION: The apartment is situated parallel with the
"Lungarni" streets that run along the Arno
River in an ideal position for visiting the historic
centre ofFlorence (Piazza Signoria and Ponte Vecchio
are only 500 m. or yards away). This is not a pedestrian
area therefore you can reach the apartment with the
car and parking is allowed in the streets around.
The nearest airport is Florence,
less than 20 minutes depending on traffic. Pisa is about
one hour and Rome about 3.

have air conditioning. Air conditioning is rarely necessary
in Tuscany due to the lack of humidity and the temperate

they catch the breezes that spring up at mid day and
