These prices include
internet ADSL connection, kitchen equipment, a clean bed and bath linen set per week, free parking place at the Clara LORJ store (Via Luigi De Nicola, 15 Teatro Sashall) or private parking available in the area for an extra price or Euro 28.00 per day, all taxes, commissions or surcharges payable to 'InTuscany'.
Prices exclude:
- electricity, gas, water for weekly stays: which will be charged on consumption;

final cleaning: Euro 50.

- extra change of towels and bed linens: Euro 15 per person;

High season bookings strictly Saturday to Saturday. Other arrival days considered on request in medium and low season.

DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire
transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you
will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact
and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance
is due no later than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to the
beginning of the letting period and must be sent to
the owner via wire transfer or Euro check. If the balance
is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting agreement
will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited.
‘InTuscany’ will send
you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you
how to send the money.
CANCELLATION: In
the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or
part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit + 30% of the balance - if the cancellation is received from the point of booking to 60 days before letting, or
b) deposit + 50% of the balance – if the cancellation is received from 59 days to 30 days before letting, or
c) deposit + 75% of the balance – if the cancellation is received from 29 days to 6 days before letting, or
d) total rent - if cancellation is received less than 5 days before letting or in case of no-show.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of
Euro 200 for 1 week stay, Euro 500 for more than 1 week stay, is to be left with the caretaker
upon arrival. This money is refundable less a deduction
for the cost of making good any loss or damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless
other wise arranged guests must arrive between 1.00
and 7.00 p.m. Please contact the owner at least 3 days before arrival to organize the check-in (for arrivals after 8 p.m. will be charged an additional fee for late check-in) and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
