These prices include
gas, electricity and water, final cleaning,
towels and bed linens, all taxes, commissions or surcharges
payable to 'InTuscany'.
Prices exclude:
- heating and firewood: which will be charged on consumption;
- mobile
phone rental id desired.
All bookings
are Saturday to Saturday in high and mid season with
other arrival days possible on request during low season.
Pets allowed (on request).

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 37% of the total letting price is payable
at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card
or wire transfer.
Upon receipt
of your deposit you will be sent notice confirming your
payment with contact and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance is payable on arrival.
CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all
or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit
only - if cancellation is received more than 8 weeks
before letting, or
b) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than
8 weeks before letting.
SECURITY
DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 200 to 400 Euro
depending on the size of the apartment is to be left
with the caretaker upon arrival. This money is refundable
less a deduction for the cost of making good any loss
or damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless other wise arranged guests must arrive between
4.00 and 8.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN
THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be
heard in the court of Montepulciano.
