Fienile Il Poggiolo (95 sq meters
or about 311 sq ft) sleeps 4+1 in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
This self catering independent barn
was fully restored in 2000 and furnished in traditional
Tuscan style with terracotta floors and chestnut beams.
Il Fienile Poggiolo has a large loggia
of about 20 sq meters (@ 65 sq ft) fully equipped to
eat outside or relax and a private fenced garden of
about 100 sq meters (about 328 sq ft) with flowers,
a big cypress tree, sun lounges and a barbecue.
On the ground floor a large sitting
room welcomes you with a double sofa bed and an armchair,
fireplace, TV with satellite and hi fi stereo.
The sitting room opens into the dining
room and the kitchen which is completely equipped with
4 burner cook top, a small oven, dishwasher, fridge,
coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Iron upon request.
On this floor there is also a bathroom
with shower and washing machine.
A wooden staircase leads to a small hall way on the
first floor from where you have access to two bedrooms
and another bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms
has a four poster bed and the other is twin.
Please note there is no telephone
in the house but there is good reception for mobile
telephones. If you need to use the internet the owners
will let you use their telephone line for a small fee.
The villa also comes with a folder
containing various information about the area to help
you plan your sight seeing expeditions.
The farm on the property produces
its own wine and oil that you can buy directly.
Baby sitting is available upon request and as well as
a baby cot.
