Villa Gaia (94 square meters) sleeps
4 in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
This self catering independent barn was fully restored
in 2004 and furnished in typical Tuscan style with terracotta
floors and chestnut beams on the first floor and parquet
floors on the ground floor.
On the ground floor a vast hall opens
into a sitting room with armchair, sofa, fireplace and
satellite television.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burner cook top,
fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and dining
area. Iron upon request. A wooden staircase leads to
the first floor. Under the staircase there is a small
box room.
On the first floor you will find
two double bedrooms one with a four poster bed and the
other twin. On the same floor are two bathrooms each
with shower.
This villa has also a fenced private
garden of about 180 sq meters (about 590 sq ft) furnished
with table in stone and chairs, umbrella and barbecue.
Please note there is no telephone
in the house but there is good reception for mobile
telephones. If you need to use the internet the owners
will let you use their telephone line for a small fee.
The villa also comes with a folder
containing various information about the area to help
you plan your sight seeing expeditions.
The farm on the property produces
its own wine and oil that you can buy directly.
Baby sitting is available upon request and as well as
a baby cot.
