These prices
electricity, water, gas, towels and bed linens, final cleaning, all taxes, commissions or sur charges
payable to Intuscany.
Prices exclude:
- heating: Euro 10 per day;

telephone: Euro 0.21 per unit.
Extra service (upon request):
- washing machine and iron board on the premises;

additional maid/baby sitter service: Euro 10 per hour;

change of bed and bath linens: Euro 10 per set.
Pets not allowed.

for the disabled, at Podere Torricella there is one
3 room apartment fully equipped for the disabled.

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 22% of the total letting price is payable
at the time of booking.
Upon receipt of your
deposit you will be sent via e-mail a voucher confirming
your payment with contact and arrival details.
BALANCE: The balance
is due no later than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to the
beginning of the letting period and must be sent to
InTuscany via credit card. If the balance
is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting agreement
will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited.
‘InTuscany’ will send
you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you
how to send the money.
CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all
or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit only - if cancellation is received more than 8 weeks before letting, or
b) total rent - if cancellation is received less than 8 weeks before letting.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 150 is to be left with the owner or manager upon arrival. This money is refundable less a deduction for the cost of making good any loss or damage.
INSURANCE: All
tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation
to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In
Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident,

ARRIVAL: Unless other wise arranged guests must arrive between
3.00 and 7.00 p.m. and leave by 09.30 a.m.
IN
THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes
will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
