The apartment is on the second floor of a historical palace once belonging to the noble family Stiozzi Ridolfi. Thanks to its position San Niccolò apartment has easy access to museums, shops, restaurants and pubs.

This elegant apartment has been furnished with careful consideration to every detail. It has been well equipped with all modern comforts such as TV, stereo CD and MP3 reader.

In the palace there is the elevator and a porter is at your disposal from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day. The apartment, can accommodate a maximum of 4+2 persons in 105 square meters.

San Niccolò apartment has: living room, dining room with kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and two bathrooms one with washing machine.

The spacious and luminous living room has a sofa, which can become a queen size bed. It faces the Tv and the ancient fireplace in “pietra serena” with a carved emblem of the noble family Stiozzi Ridolfi. A table with chairs complete the salon which has parquet floors and two windows looking out into the street San Niccolò.

The romantic double bedroom has a king size bed and parquet floor. The twin bedroom has a spacious built in wardrobe, parquet floor and view on San Niccolò street.

The large dining room has table and chairs and spacious cupboard. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, 4 burner cook top, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, American coffee machine and toaster.

The apartment is situated parallel with the "Lungarni" streets that run along the Arno River in an ideal position for visiting the historic centre of Florence (Piazza Signoria and Ponte Vecchio are only 500 meters). This is not a pedestrian area therefore you can reach the apartment with the car and parking is allowed in the streets around.

The nearest airport is Florence, less than 20 minutes depending on traffic. Pisa is about one hour and Rome about 3.

Conditions: 

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 37% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer. Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact and arrival information.

BALANCE: The balance is due no later than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to the beginning of the letting period and must be sent to the owner via wire transfer. If the balance is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting agreement will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited. ‘InTuscany’ will send you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you how to send the money.

CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:

a) deposit only - if cancellation is received more than 8 weeks before letting, or
b) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 8 weeks before letting.

INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
