These prices include gas, electricity, water, bed and bath linen with weekly change, final cleaning, all taxes, commissions or sur charges payable to 'InTuscany'.

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 20% of
the total letting price is payable at the time of booking.
It my be paid by credit card or wire transfer.
Upon receipt
of your deposit you will be sent via e-mail a voucher
confirming your reservation with contact information
for the manager and the phone number of the villa.
BALANCE: The balance is due
on arrival.
CANCELLATION: The deposit is not refundable. In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit + 50% of the balance - if cancellation is received from 30 to 20 days before arrival, or
b) deposit + 70% of the balance - if cancellation is received from 20 to 7 days before arrival, or
c) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 7 days before arrival.
INSURANCE: All tenants are
advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel,
accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can
not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 150 is to be left with the caretaker upon arrival. This money is refundable less a deduction for the cost of making good any loss or damage.
ARRIVAL: Unless other
wise arranged guests must arrive between 4.00 and 8.00
p.m. and leave by 10 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
