This apartment is the last one restored
of the 4 apartments. It has one double bedroom , a bathroom
with shower, a spacious living room with pull out double
sofa bed, separate kitchen with four burners cook top,
oven and dishwasher. A large patio is in front of the
apartment equipped with table and chairs, where you
can eat ouside or simply relax.
An outdoor space is available in the
rear garden for you to enjoy the silence of the countryside,
whilst immersed in a good book or sipping a glass of
good wine.
Roughly 90 square meters/90 yards. Caffè also
has an independent heating system, satellite TV, oven,
fridge, dishwasher, hairdryer, private car park and
use of the large communal garden as well as the swimming
pool at the next door hotel (less than 2 minutes on
foot).
Please note that in this apartment
there is no telephone but good reception for cell phones.
Laundry service for an extra fee is also available.
