These prices include gas, electricity,
water, weekly cleaning,
towels and bed linens, all taxes, commissions
or surcharges payable to 'InTuscany'.
Prices exclude:
- central heating: Euro

DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire
transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you
will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact
and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance
is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATION: In
the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or
part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit only - if cancellation is received more than 50 days before letting, or;
b) deposit + an additional 30% of the balance - if the cancellation is received from 50 to 31 days prior to arrival or;
c) deposit + an additional 50% of the balance - if the cancellation is received from 30 to 11 days prior to arrival or;
d) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 10 days before arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 150 is to be left with the caretaker
upon arrival. This money is refundable less a deduction
for the cost of making good any loss or damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless
other wise arranged guests must arrive between 4.00
and 7.00 p.m. and leave by 11.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
