Hello Manola,
We arrived home safely---tired and
dirty--but safe--and very happy remembering our wonderful
trip to Italy!
Thank you so very much for all the
help you gave me in planning our visit to Tuscany. I
would have been lost without you. As I told you before,---you
deserve a Gold Star Award for service "over and
above"!!
Our stay at the Cacao apartment was
wonderful. The location was perfect. There are not words
to tell you how much we loved staying there! It was
a perfect "base" for our day trips out into
the countryside! We just wish that we could have stayed
longer!
I regret that I did not have the opportunity
to meet you, but I did enjoy talking with you on the
telephone.
Again---thank you for all your help.
You made our whole trip such a pleasure.

Manola - we had an absolutely excellent
holiday and we are now totally hooked on Tuscany! Both
the hotel and villa facilities were first class and
we were made very welcome by the staff at the hotel
- we shall undoubtedly be back!
Thanks very much for your efficient
and friendly approach - it was much appreciated. Fortunately
we didn't need to contact you with any problems, but
it was re-assuring to know that you were 'on hand'.
