These prices include gas, electricity, water, towels and bed linens, baby cot (0-2 years old) available, all taxes, commissions or sur
charges payable to 'InTuscany'.
Price exclude:
- final cleaning: Euro 54 for Cipresso & Vigna, Euro 64 for Noce;
- air conditioning & heating: which will be charged on consumption;
- extra bed: Euro 32 per stay.
Extra service (upon request):
- light-lunch from 1:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m.;
- dinner at 8:00 p.m.;
- dinner, fix menu 4 courses: Euro 32 per person (drinks excluded);
- cooking courses, wine and cheese tasting;
- relaxing massages.
All arrivals are strictly Saturday to Saturday in high season. Other arrival days considered upon request in mid and low season.
Pets not allowed.

DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire
transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you
will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact
and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance
is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATION: In
the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or
part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit + a further 50% of the balance - if cancellation is received 30 to 3 days before arrival, or
b) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 3 days before arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 250 is to be left with the caretaker
upon arrival. This money is refundable less a deduction
for the cost of making good any loss or damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless
other wise arranged guests must arrive between 3.00
and 8.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
