This first floor apartment sleeps
6 to 10 people in three bedrooms with two bathrooms.
This apartment is about 100 sqm (0r
about 1076 sq.ft.) with a 50 sqm (about 538 sq.ft.)
terrace. There are three entrances, 2 from the garden
into the living room and one from the garden into the
terrace and from there into the kitchen. The apartment
is well equipped for cooking. There is a gas cooker
and oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, Italian and
German coffee machines and a toaster. There is also
a washing machine. You can access the large living-room
from the kitchen where there is a fire place, a dining
area for eight people and a smaller lounge area furnished
with chairs a wicker-work sofa. There is a double sofa
bed that can alternatively become 2 singles if required.
There is satellite television.
From the living room is a corridor
leading to the bedrooms. The first (on the left) is
a single room with large wardrobe, then a bedroom with
double bed, further on a double bed plus single bed
and on suite bathroom with shower. At the end of the
corridor there is a large bathroom with shower. Along
the corridor a double sofa-bed can alternatively become
two singles bed if required. A cot is available on request.
The apartment is mainly furnished
in Swedish pine. The terrace has a large table that
seats 12 people and there are four sun beds. In the
garden is an external shower.
