This a 50 sqm (about 538sq.ft.) ground
floor apartment and has a well furnished out door eating
area. It can be separate or intercommunicating with
the third apartment called “Camelia”.
The entrance goes from the garden
into the living-room where there is a satellite television,
a sofa-bed (that can be alternatively 2 singles if required),
wicker work furniture and a round dining-table that
seats 6 people. A single-bed if required is also available
in this room. The kitchen with gas cooker and oven,
refrigerator, dishwasher, German and Italian coffee
machines and a toaster.
A corridor from the living room leads
to the bedroom where there is a double bed with an extra
single bed and a large wardrobe and to a bathroom with
shower. A cot is available on request.
The washing machine is in the corridor.
At the end of the corridor a door can connect the apartment
with “Camelia”. The apartment is centrally
heated. In the garden a large table seats 6 people and
2 sun-beds are available.
