Rates:

Four and eight day courses need a minimum of four people to book. If you have less than four people in your group we will do every thing possible to try to find other people to make up the numbers but cannot guarantee that this will be possible.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These prices include all taxes, commissions or surcharges payable to 'InTuscany'. They also include all materials and supplies necessary for the cooking lessons.

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 10% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer.

Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact, arrival information and reservation form.

BALANCE: for one day cooking course: the balance is due upon arrival and must be paid in cash.

BALANCE: for four or eight day cooking course: the balance is due 8 weeks before tour date.

CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of the course we will have to charge either:

a) deposit only - if cancellation is received more than 8 weeks before arrival, or
b) Total amount - if cancellation is received less than 8 weeks before arrival.

WAIVER: clients will be required to sign a waiver upon final payment, please click here to see an example.

INSURANCE: All clients are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by clients. In the case of a class needing to be cancelled for reasons out side of the control of Intuscany any money paid will be refunded to the client and no further claims can be considered.

IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
