Apartment: Istrice (sleeps 2)

Istrice (sleeps 2) is on the 2nd floor (US) reached via an internal flight of stone steps to an arched loggia above the bread-oven porch. It has  Eastern views across the vineyards and West-facing views across the vineyards and woods to the castle of Castellina; a very comfortable apartment though the smallest in our portfolio. The open-plan lounge with galley kitchen has an open fireplace and beamed ceiling. A short corridor leads to the bedroom with above-queen-size bed (63") and ensuite bathroom (shower not bath). There is cotto floor tiling throughout. The apartment also has a private terrace under the bedroom window on the west side, as well as another table and chairs for occupants’ use on the east side.
