Colonica Val d’Elsa has been completely restored, preserving the original characteristics and using traditional materials found in rural Tuscan architecture.
The location between Siena and Florence and the nearness to historical towns like Castellina in Chianti, San Gimignano, Certaldo, Colle Val d'Elsa, Barberino and Monteriggioni make the potential of this place unique.
Colonica Val d’Elsa is a suggestive Tuscan villa, it’s medieval structure comprises 15 beautifully restored holiday rental apartments. It is considered one of the best holiday homes in the region and we are sure you will enjoy spending your vacation there.
All apartments are independent, one from the other. Furnished to a high standard and according to local rural traditions. They are comfortable and have all modern conveniences. All apartments are provided with heating, mini kitchens, Microwave ovens, satellite Television in multiple languages and telephone. Many of them have private gardens, loggia and/or a fireplace.
GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL
The swimming-pool (16 x 8 meters, 1.10 - 1.40 deep ) is part of a unique landscape, on the verge of the woods and overlooking a large vineyard. You will love whiling away the hot drowsy afternoons surveying the view.
In keeping with the ancient nature of the structure, the gardens are planted with native flora such as rosemary, lavender, cypress trees, etc.
There is a common living room for noisy kids to raise hell in on rainy days, boules court, toys and amusements, green open spaces.

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer. Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance is due upon arrival (credit cards are acepted: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Eurocard and Jcb).
CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit + a further 15% of the balance – if cancellation is received between point of booking and 30 days prior to arrival, or
b) deposit + a further 50% of the balance – if cancellation is received between 29 days and 10 days prior to arrival, or
c) total rent – if cancellation is received between 9 days and the day of arrival or in case of no show.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
