Tenuta di Creti
The Micheli family have put their beautiful period farm house at the disposal of guests who would like to spend their vacation in the countryside. The farm has been restored with respect to the original architectural characteristics. A large cypress garden, olive trees and other trees common to the area surround the cottage. The guests are always welcomed by a member of the Micheli family who will be at their complete disposal.
The farm Tenuta di Creti is divided into three spacious apartments and two annexes. For the use of the guests there is also a common living room on the first floor. The barn in front of the cottage has been made into a wonderful apartment.
The Micheli family have been careful to preserve the original architectural integrity of the structure. Importance has been given not only to the ceilings, with their imposing wood beams and earth baked tiles, but also to the wood furnishings and to the painting of the walls, which are different in every room.
The guests can find the satellite TV, a CD player and internet connection in the common room on the ground floor while in every apartment they have the TV without satellite. Air conditioning available only in the aptartments Scirocco, Aliseo and Libeccio.
GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL
Tenuta di Creti has a beautiful pool, 15 x 7 meters and 2.4 max deep, in its grounds from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of medieval hamlets beyond the grain and sunflower fields. A cypress garden, olive trees and other trees typical of this area surround the cottage.
For the children there is also a play area with swings. The guests can also use the wood burning oven and the barbecue to prepare delicious meals. There is ample parking near by. In addition mountain bikes are available to guests. Every apartment has its own outdoor space furnished with garden furniture, to have breakfast in the morning, lunch or dinner or just to relax with your favorite pastimes.

OTHER FACILITIES AVAILABLE NEAR BY: there is a tennis court 500 meters from the property and the nearest golf course is in Bettolle (9 km) a bigger one is in Perugia (55 km). The beach is 2 hours from the property. Horse riding (in Farneta, 6 km), bike riding (in the property), wine tasting (in Montepulciano 30 minutes), thermal spas (in Rapolano Terme 30 minutes), there is also a runway for light aircraft nearby. Etruscan ruins and Renaissance and Medieval art and architecture are all within 30 minutes by car.

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer. Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance is due no later than 28 days (4 weeks) prior to the beginning of the letting period and must be sent to the owner via wire transfer. If the balance is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting agreement will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited. ‘InTuscany’ will send you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you how to send the money.
CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit + 50% of the total price of the reservation for cancellation communicated before 60 days from the beginning of the stay
b) deposit + 60% of the total price of the reservation for cancellation communicated between 59th and 30th days from the beginning of the stay
c) deposit + 80% of the total price of the reservation for cancellation communicated between 29th and 15th days from the beginning of the stay
d) deposit + 100% of the total price of the reservation for cancellation communicated within 14 days from the beginning of the stay
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.

We have found it to be an ideal base in which to relax and for visiting the sights.
