The present owners purchased the property end of the ‘60s and coordinated the restoration and recovery of the entire structure during the last years. The owners live in the property and are always available to help you.
Surrounded by olive groves, it offers the extraordinary views of the unspoiled Chianti countryside and the Arnovalley to the woods of Pratomagno. The isolated position guarantees the complete peace and quite of the countryside still within 18 km from Florence historical centre.
The complex is divided into two flats which can be rented together or separately. Both apartments are equipped with TV, CD player, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, wi-fi internet connexion and fans upon request. Kitchens are equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, cook top, America coffee machine, moka, toaster and kettle. The apartments are tastefully furnished with antiques and traditional pieces. Both have outside space to eat al fresco.
GARDEN
The large outdoor terrace in front of the house is perfectly positioned to enjoy the spectacular views. It is equipped with sun umbrellas, deckchairs and armchairs, tables and chairs to eat outside.
There are also two other tables with chairs at your disposal under the shade of the olive and nut trees in the garden. The house, surrounded by an olive grove and a wood, is part of a small farm whose main produces are an excellent extra virgin olive oil and honey. Pleasant walks and mountain bike excursions are possible in the area.
The countryside surrounding Montioni is the typical Florentine hill territory where olive groves and vineyards alternate with thick hardwood forests. The area is also rich of castles, villas, monasteries and villages that marked the history of Florence since its birth.

Pontassieve is only 6 km and has it all: chemist, banks, railway station, bus station, all the shops, supermarket, restaurants, the first aid, gyms and public swimming-pool.
The golf course is 18 km and the beach at Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi is about one hour drive. Even if it is in the country, Agriturismo La Torre is only 18 km from the centre of Florence, 15 km from the highway A1 and 30 km from the Florence airport.

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer. Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance is due upon arrival in cash.
CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit only - if cancellation is received more than 8 weeks before letting, or
b) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 8 weeks before letting.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
