Casole Resort
The residence comprises three detached villas containing 15 elegantly furnished apartments (divided into three types) featuring stone outer walls, cotto floors, wood-beam ceilings, bathrooms lined with quality marble, independent entrances and gardens, independent heating and air-conditioning, satellite TV and services in each room.
Services in the apartments: kitchenette with 4-burner oven, fridge with freezer, microwave and toaster. Dishwasher is available in the three-room ans four-room apartment. Living room with sofa bed and satellite TV in every room. Safe. Independent heating and air-conditioning with internal thermostat and bed, bath and kitchen linen. Hair dryer in each bathroom. Independent entrance to each apartment.
GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL
The resort also features 4 hectares of parkland, three panoramic swimming pools, one 16 x 8 m, another 9 x 8 m with whirlpool and a 25 square metre pool for children and play ground for them.
A large solarium in travertine with umbrellas and sun beds, parking, mountain bikes, a shared laundry with ironing facilities and coin-operated washing machines and a barbecue for open-air grills.
Between the activities the property also offers a Badminton court, a mini football field and a country volley court.

The nearest village is Casole d’Elsa which can be reached on foot. Casole d’Elsa is an enchanting village with grocery stores, restaurants, bars and banks. All around are the famous vineyards of Chianti.
The famous sights of Tuscany, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra and the coast are all easily accessible.

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer. Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance is due no later than 42 days (6 weeks) prior to the beginning of the letting period and must be sent to the owner via credit card or wire transfer. If the balance is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting agreement will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited. ‘InTuscany’ will send you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you how to send the money.
CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit only - if cancellation is received more than 6 weeks before letting, or
b) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 6 weeks before letting.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
