Residenza Montisi
Residenza Montisi is an estate situated in the heart of the Sienese countryside, in a hilly area largely devoted to the cultivation of wine & olive-oil, known as the "Crete Senesi". The surrounding land is interspersed with small vineyards and thick woodland.
The estate lands are dominated by the Residenza Montisi, a fortified farm complex dating from the 14th century, built on the edge of the small, medieval village of Montisi. Residenza Montisi of Montisi was built in the style of a small village, around two courtyards. Guests are received in four apartments, all elegantly furnished, with views over extensive gardens and the Sienese countryside.
All the apartments have mosquito screens, television, independent heating, baby cot + highchair (on request), parking and internet connections (on request, Euro 30 per week). Air conditioning available in the apartment "I Gerani".
GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL
The gardens and the swimming pool (bean shape of about 11 x 4 meters and deep from 1.00 to 2.20 meters), with a view of the valley, are exclusively for the guests of Residenza Montisi, who can also use barbecue facilities and picnic under a pergola in the garden.
There are no laundry facilities for guests at Residenza Montisi but the maid will do laundry/ironing for you for an extra price.

From Montisi it is easy to reach towns, villages and abbeys of great historical and artistic importance. Particularly worth visiting are Siena (45 km), Pienza (12 km), Montepulciano (20 km), Montalcino (25 km), Monte Oliveto Maggiore (15 km), S. Antimo (33 km). DEPOSIT: A deposit of 37% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer. Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance is due no later than 56 days (8 weeks) prior to the beginning of the letting period and must be sent to InTuscany via credit card or wire transfer. If the balance is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting agreement will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited. ‘InTuscany’ will send you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you how to send the money.
CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit only - if cancellation is received more than 8 weeks before letting, or
b) Total rent - if cancellation is received less than 8 weeks before letting.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
