Children reductions: Prices and discounts are indicated per child, per day in a double room occupancy (two full rates).
- In the Family Junior Suite and Family Suite: children up to 2 years Euro 38 per day, from 2 to 6 years have a 50% reduction, from 6 to 15 years a 30% reduction, and children that are 15 years and older a 20% reduction.

DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 15% of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire
transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you
will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact
and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance
is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATION: In
the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or
part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit only - if cancellation is received between the point of booking and 10 days before letting, or
b) deposit + a further 50% - if cancellation is received between 9 and 3 days before letting, or
d) total rent - if cancellation is received less than 3 days before letting
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.
