Notes:
- Short Stay Package and Weekly Stay Package are not available in Easter Period and also in Ferragosto. It will be applied the daily rates;
- The supplement of Euro 25.00 per person for Ferragosto (August 15th) will be applied (dinner plus party).
- Double Bedroom use single: it’s applied a supplement of Euro 70 per day;
- Pets not allowed;
- Children reductions: Prices and discounts are indicated per child, per day in a double room occupancy (two full rates);
- In the Family Junior Suite and Family Suite: children up to 2 years 40 € per day, from 2 to 6 years have a 50% reduction, from 6 to 15 years a 30% reduction, and children that are 15 years and older a 20% reduction;
- In the Double Room Superior: children up to 2 years 26 € per day, from 2 to 6 years they receive a 70% reduction, from 6 to 15 years a 50% reduction, and children that are 15 years and older a 30% reduction;
Prices include:
- cleaning, towels and bed linens;
- half-board arrangement;

Cancellation policy:
a) deposit only - if cancellation is received between the point of booking and 10 days before letting, or
b) deposit + a further 50% - if cancellation is received between 9 and 3 days before letting, or
d) total rent - if cancellation is received less than 3 days before letting
