These prices include gas, water, elctricity, towels and bed linens, breakfast, all taxes, commissions or surcharges payable to 'InTuscany' for both hotel rooms and apartments.

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATION: The deposit is not refundable. In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
- Peak Season: from 7 days prior arrival to the arrival day, first night penalty charge for all rooms reserved;
- Off Season: from 3 days prior arrival to the arrival day, first night penalty charge for all rooms reserved;
- No shows will be subject to 100% fee of the total charges.
The hotel requires 72 hours notice prior to the date of arrival of any amendment, that reduces the number of rooms or the number of nights failure, to do so will applied a 50% penalty of the total amount of the cancelled rooms/nights.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants. ARRIVAL: Unless other wise arranged guests must check in at the hotel before 6:00 p.m.
and check out between 8.00 and 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
