Special prices:
- single use: 50% supplement;
- reduction 3rd bed: 20%;
- baby cot: Euro 25 per night
(0-1 years old = free with their own baby cot)
(2-3 years old = 50 % discount)
(4-5 years old = 30 % discount)
(6-10 years old = 20 % discount);
- children food and table place: Euro 15.
These prices include daily cleaning, towels and bed linens, all taxes, commissions or surcharges payable to 'InTuscany'.
Price exclude:
- heating: which will be charged on consumption.

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance is due no later than 21 days (3 weeks) prior to the beginning of the letting period and must be sent to the owner via wire transfer or Euro check. If the balance is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting agreement will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited.
‘InTuscany’ will send you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you how to send the money.
CANCELLATION: The deposit is not refundable. In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit only - if cancellation is received from point of booking to 7 days before letting, or
b) deposit + 1 night penalty - if cancellation is received from 7 to 3 days before letting, or
c) deposit + 1 night penalty + 20 % of the balance - if cancellation is received from 3 to 1 day before letting, or
d) deposit + 1 night penalty + 50 % of the balance – in case of no show, or
e) Total rent – in case of anticipate departure without advanced notice of minimum 36 hours.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants. ARRIVAL: Unless other wise arranged guests must arrive between 3.30 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. and leave by 10.30 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
