small mountainous village, right in the heart of Chianti.
Castellare
De’Noveschi is a mountain hide away in a charming
Tuscan village. With only four suites, sleeping a maximum
of eight, you will feel like a house guest rather than
a client.
 The main dining room where breakfast
is served has a suggestive inglenook fire place, exposed
walls made of ancient stones, a traditional refectory
style table and massive chestnut beams. Little has changed
since the 1800’s and guests are encouraged to
gather there, to have a glass of wine or a cup of tea,
read a book or listen to music.
By request the management can organize
transfers, private tours with English speaking guides,
lunch or dinner with advance notice. They can also provide;
massages, hairdressers, jewelers, manicures, local artists
etc.
ACCOMODATION: Four suites to fall in love with, as four stories of those historical personalities who lived there: furniture, mirrors, chairs and charming beds, coming out of a story, enabling you to relive the mystery.
Complementing the fairy tale, the landscape seen from the antique windows of  the imposing tower, is a elegant expression of a countryside in which the nature isthe result of an harmonious combination between colours and emotion. All the suites are provided with all comforts. Admiring and living in such beauty, capable of transporting one into another dimension, leaves no time for those everyday habits “there is too much land”.
The
rooms are all double with private bathrooms and all
decorated with extreme care and passion. Antiques together
with modern convenience create a warm inviting ambiance.
Each piece of furniture was carefully picked and most
of them are collectors' items. In
particular each bed is a fine piece of Tuscan art. The
rooms all have different styles ranging from the 18th
century to the 20th and beautiful views.
The beds are either brass or four
poster and have hand embroidered linen. The walls are
meters thick and have charming casement windows.  Each
room has a safe and mini bar stocked with drinks and
snacks that (apart from the liquor) are free of charge.
There is a hair dryer in every bathroom.
Each suite has its own inventory which guests may consult should they feel inclined to satisfy their curiosity regarding the furnishings and furniture surrounding them.
All suites are individually controlled with air conditioning, satellite television, VHS and DVD, telephone with a direct line and office facilities, mini-bar and safe; in bathrooms cosmetic herbalist products Elixir del Chianti with active ingredients of grapes and olive oil as their base.
Upon check-in guests receive a welcome
cocktail and a booklet with local information.
 THE
GARDEN AND SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT: The villa
is in the middle of it’s village which is a sleepy
undiscovered place. Cats bask in the sun, geraniums
bloom on window sills and children play in the park
watched dotingly by their ancient relatives. In the
village is a bar for your morning cappuccino, a restaurant,
a small shop and a church. All around are tall and stately
pine trees and wonderful views out to the country side
which is planted with vine yards and olive trees.
Guests can use the pool of the near by Hotel San Sano.
Please note that parking is in the village street, however
it is with out restrictions.
LOCATION: Castellare
De’Noveschi is only half an hour from Siena as
well as with easy reach of most important Tuscan places
of interest. The nearest airport isFlorence airport
which is about 2 hours drive, Pisa is 2 ½ hours
and Rome 3.
 OTHER
