These prices include water, gas, electricity, breakfast, towels and bed linens, daily cleaning, Tuesday cleaning only for the villa (sleeps 8), all taxes, commissions or surcharges
payable to 'InTuscany'.

The maid will do laundry with advance request and for an extra price, please check how long this will take before giving her your clothes.

DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire
transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you
will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact
and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance
is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATION: In
the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or
part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit + 20% of the balance - if cancellation is received from booking time to 30 days before arrival; or
b) deposit + 30% of the balance - if cancellation is received from 30 to 15 days before arrival; or
c) deposit + 50% of the balance - if cancellation is received less then 15 days before arrival; or
c) Total rent – in case of no show.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless
other wise arranged guests must arrive between 2.00
p.m. and 6.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
