Club Pini is
open every year from March 20th to October 30th
These prices include breakfast, daily cleaning, towels and bed linens, all taxes, commissions or surcharges
payable to 'InTuscany'.
Extra service (upon request):

painting and sculpture course;

surf lessons are available.
The hotel does not have any laundry facilities but there is a pay laundry near by, guests should know that in Italy these are expensive and slow.
Please note that there are 9 pay car spaces inside the hotel grounds. Otherwise guests must find parking in the surrounding streets which whilst not impossible, may not be easy in July and August.
Small pets allowed (upon request).

DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire
transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you
will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact
and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all
or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
a) deposit only - if cancellation is received more than 11 days before letting, or
b) deposit + a further 50% of the balance - if the cancellation is received between 11 and 6 days before letting, or
c) deposit + a further 80% of the balance - if the cancellation is received between 5 and 1 days before letting, or
d) Total rent - if the cancellation is received less than 1 day before arrival.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless other wise arranged guests must arrive 11.00 a.m. and leave by 11.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
