DEPOSIT: A deposit of 20% of the total letting price is payable
at the time of booking.
Upon
receipt of your deposit you will be sent via e-mail
a voucher confirming your reservation with contact information
for the owners and the phone number of the villa.
BALANCE: The balance is due on arrival.
CANCELLATION: In the case you cancel all or part of your booking, we are entitled to recover the following percentage of the holiday cost:
a) deposit + 20% from 60 until 45 days before arrival;
b) deposit + 50% between 44 and 30 days before arrival;
c) deposit + 75% between 29 and 4 days before arrival;
d) total amount from 1 day before arrival and the day of arrival or no shows.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs
in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal
cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any
accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants.

ARRIVAL: Unless other wise arranged guests must arrive between
4.00 and 8.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN
THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes
will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
