These prices include
water, gas, electricity, towel and bed linen, breakfast, parking, internet point, air conditioning and heating, all taxes, commissions or sur charges payable to Intuscany.

- ADSL connection in the room: which will be charged on consumption.

DEPOSIT: A deposit
of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the
time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire
transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you
will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact
and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance is due no later than 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the beginning of the letting period and must be sent to the owner via credit card or wire transfer. If the balance is not paid by the appropriate date, the letting agreement will be deemed to be invalid and the deposit forfeited.
‘InTuscany’ will send you a reminder when the balance is due and advise you how to send the money.
CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday Locanda di San Francesco will have to charge either:
a) deposit only - if cancellation is received more than 60 days before letting, or
b) deposit + an additional 30% of the balance - if cancellation is received between 59 and 45 days before letting, or
c) deposit + an additional 40% of the balance - if cancellation is received between 44 and 20 days before letting, or
d) deposit + an additional 50% of the balance - if cancellation is received between 19 and 10 days before letting, or
e) deposit + an additional 70% of the balance - if cancellation is received between 9 and 3 days before letting, or
f) total amount – if cancellation is received less than 72 hours before letting, in case of no show or in case of anticipate departure.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A deposit of Euro 100 is to be left with the caretaker
upon arrival. This money is refundable less a deduction
for the cost of making good any loss or damage.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants. ARRIVAL: Unless other wise arranged guests must arrive between 4.00 and 8.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
