These prices include
water, electricity, buffet breakfast, towels and bed linens, all taxes, commissions or surcharges payable to 'InTuscany'.
Prices exclude:
- air conditioning and heating: which will be charged on consumption.

DEPOSIT: A deposit of 37% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer.
Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact and arrival information.
BALANCE: The balance
is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either:
* STANDARD:
a) deposit only - if the cancellation is received more than 3 days prior to arrival, or
b) deposit + an additional 70% of the balance - if the cancellation is received 3 days before arrival later than noon (our time), or
c) total rent - in case of NO SHOW.
* EARLY BOOKINGS: (total rent upon booking confirmation)
a) deposit only - if the cancellation is received from 44 to 30 days prior to arrival, or
b) deposit + an additional 50% of the balance - if the cancellation is received from 29 to 16 days before arrival, or
c) deposit + an additional 80% of the balance - if the cancellation is received from 15 to 4 days before arrival, or
d) total rent - if the cancellation is received after 3 days before arrival or in case of NO SHOW.
INSURANCE: All tenants are advised to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal cover; 'In Tuscany' can not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by tenants. ARRIVAL: Unless other wise arranged guests must arrive between 3.00 and 8.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.
IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: all disputes will be heard in the court of Montepulciano.
